YES.

All of our pedals are built to handle input from any audio source, be it instrument level, line level, high impedance, low impedance, electric, acoustic. It's all good, it'll work.

Whether it SOUNDS good is up to you. But it's worth noting that most of our effects are designed from the ground up to be flexible and to compliment a variety of instruments, specifically bass guitar, acoustic-electric stringed instruments, and drum machines (and electric guitar of course!).

These events are a great time to not only try our products, but to meet us and usually a chance to pick up fun colorways or other oddities that aren't available online! Please note that all international customers are responsible for any applicable import duties/taxes. These are out of our control.

We guarantee our pedals forever against manufacturer defects. You shouldn't have any issues, they've been built to survive the zombie apocalypse! But if for some reason you ever have any problems or need a repair, just reach out via the contact form and we'll get you sorted with either a refund or a repair!

If your pedal was damaged by improper use, we'll still do our best to help affordably repair or refurbish your pedal, but you'll be responsible for the cost of parts and shipping.

We offer a 14-day no-questions-asked return policy on pedals, if you find that within 2 weeks of receiving the product that you do not want to keep it. You will only be responsible for paying for return shipping. You will be refunded upon the pedals return, provided it is still in like-new condition.

This return policy does not apply to merch (t-shirts, hats, etc) as those are dropshipped via a third party vendor. It also does not apply to blem/b-stock pedal sales or mods.

Returns are not possible for mods, as many mods are irreversible. If you elect to have us mod a pedal that mod will be permanent. ALL mods we currently offer and plan to offer are additive. They can achieve new sounds the original could not, but still retain 100% of the original and unaltered sound of the unmodified pedal. So if upon receiving your modded pedal you find that you don't like the new sounds, you can simply use the pedal in a way that doesn't take advantage of those new sounds.

What about guarantees that your modded pedal will work? We will do EVERYTHING we can to make sure that at the end of the day you have a pedal you are happy with. But we do occasionally receive pedals to mod (especially if its a kit built by a customer) that are already, shall we say, compromised? Either by use, or by improper construction of a kit, or after an attempted/failed mod by the customer, OR just by a quality control miss by the original manufacturer of the pedal/kit (these things happen!). And we're happily fixing ALL of those problems for you whenever we find them. But at the end of the day we can't offer the same across-the-board lifetime guarantee for mods as we can for our original pedals. Our pedals are 100% in our control. Modded pedals are mostly designed, manufactured, and handled by many OTHER parties before they reach us, and we simply can't inherit responsibility for any and all problems that might have occurred up until that point.

At the same time, in practice in the day-to-day, we are doing and will do EVERYTHING we can to make sure you end up happy with a functional pedal that sounds better than you could have ever hoped.
